Ezra Miller kisses male fan during heated embrace at Comic-Con

As he spoke with a crowd at Cominc-Con in San Diego, openly queer actor Ezra Miller gave one male fan quite the surprise when the pair locked lips. It happened as Ezra explained to the group why it would take rather a lot of effort to get The Flash – the role he plays in the new Justice League movie – drunk. One fan, curious to see if Ezra was telling the truth, innocently asked if he could smell his breath to prove it. Up for the challenge and confident he’d surpass, Ezra let the fan do such a thing. That was before Ezra went a little further than just smelling, leaning in a further and planting a massive smacker on the lips of the fan – much to the delight of the waiting crowd. Yikes! That’s one hell of a meet and greet… The world is still reeling from Superman’s death at the hands of Doomsday in 2016’s Batman V Superman, so Bruce Wayne has taken it upon himself to locate all super-powered folk incase there’s another catastrophic threat. A federal jury in Brooklyn, N.Y., has convicted former pharmaceutical executive and "pharma bro" Martin Shkreli of securities fraud. He was found guilty Friday on three counts — two counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud — out of a total of eight counts. Shkreli is best known for increasing the price of a life-saving drug for people with AIDS by 5,000 percent, from $13.50 to $750 per pill, when he was head of Turing Pharmaceuticals. Shkreli has not been sentenced and faces up to 20 years in prison, as WSHU's Charles Lane tells our Newscast unit. Still, he declared victory when he was acquitted of what he termed the most "important charges." "After the verdict was read, Shkreli and his lawyer said they were pleased and anticipated a light sentencing with minimal fines and no jail time," Lane reported. "During the trial, Shkreli openly mocked prosecutors and ultimately never took the stand in his de

Michelle Carter, the young woman convicted of involuntary manslaughter after she sent text messages to her boyfriend urging him to kill himself, was sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison Thursday. Carter, 20, was found guilty in June of encouraging her 18-year-old boyfriend, Conrad Roy, to take his own life three years ago. Roy killed himself on July 12, 2014, by inhaling carbon monoxide produced by a water pump in his truck. The teen — who had a history of mental illness and had previously attempted suicide — got out of the truck because he was "scared," but Carter urged him to "get back in," according to text messages she exchanged with her friends. Carter won't begin her prison sentence until all state appeals have been exhausted, however, after Judge Lawrence Moniz granted her defense lawyer's motion to stay her incarceration until the appeals move through the Massachusetts court system. If she does serve prison time, she will likely serve

‘Super Troopers 2’ Is Officially Finished, And Fans Want To See It Right Meow

Sixteen years after the original film taught us that “liter” is French for “give me some f*cking cola,” Super Troopers 2 is officially finished. Kevin Heffernan (Farva) posted an update on Broken Lizard’s website on Wednesday, informing the record-breaking $4.4 million worth of fans who helped fund the project that “we’ve officially finished the editing/post production process. Huzzah!” Huzzah, indeed. Time to celebrate with a delicious snozberry-tini. “We’ve posted about how we’ve been doing test screenings already and some folks were confused how we do that if the film was not technically done,” Heffernan wrote. “It’s important to do those screenings before everything is locked in, so we can see what works and what doesn’t, what jokes play and what jokes suck, and then make adjustments accordingly. But at some point you have to stop that process and lock everything in. The sound mix and the color correction mark the end of that process. Both are exciting, not just because they are th
